Tommaso E. Romolotti is Attorney at Law, Partner in Romolotti Marretta International Law Firm since 2009, after an experience of more than 10 years in law firms operating at international level and cooperation with the Institute of International Law of the University of Milan.
His professional activity is strongly addressed to international legal issues, with a specific interest in commercial and financial area. He is deeply involved in assisting clients with reference to the international impact of regulatory provisions on commercial relations and within corporate groups, with particular reference to personal data protection, cyber security and compliance programs. Technical areas include industry, financial services, oil&gas, supply-chains.
He is member in Supervisory Boards for crime prevention and Data Protection Officer in Italian corporations belonging to international groups, dealing with a multinational context requiring both legal and organization professional skills.
Mr. Romolotti is lecturer at courses, seminars and conferences and is author and co-author of several legal publications, mainly concerning international law, data security and white-collar crime prevention, and a contributor for Italy of Doing Business published by the World Bank Group.
He voluntarily participates in sporting associations, also as a member of the board.
